I was having an issue with a claim, no one’s fault, I just needed to speak to someone and kept getting AI with the toll free number I had for the claim. I finally called the local office we use and Will answered my call. He had the entire thing resolved EXACTLY LIKE I NEEDED in less than 15 minutes!
