"I had been with my same auto insurance for years and recently it started to increase for no reason. After putting in a request to receive new quotes I spoke with Javecia at this office. She was the most professional and helpful rep I have ever encountered. I explained all of my concerns with my previous insurance and she was able to help me get car insurance and add on renters insurance for much less than what I was paying before. Insurance is sometimes tricky for me to understand, but Javecia really took the time to explain my policy and make sure I was comfortable with all of my coverages. I'm so thankful for her knowledge, great service, and for helping me save money! I will be a State Farm customer for a long time because of her!"
